Our Store Policies

All information used on this site is only used to give customers a good shopping experience. All information is secure and private. You have 30 days from delivery date to return shoes. All items must show no signs of wear and returned in original packaging. 

When sending back items from multiple orders, you must provide the invoice or ordering packing slip.

Returns are processed 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered back to us. Payment will be returned back to the card used for purchase.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

We reserve the right to limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

* An irregular or excessive return history indicative of "wardrobing".
* If any item looks to have been worn, altered, damaged or missing items.
* Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Any non-Strut by J.MIA items sent will be discarded upon receiving. 

HELPFUL HINT: Without proof of receipt and delivery, Strut by J.MIA will not issue a return.
